Who. Annabel is a coach, psychologist, and mental health practitioner with over 30 years of experience spanning higher education, coaching, and mental health research. She works with individuals navigating significant life transitions—career shifts, relationship changes, personal setbacks—helping them uncover what truly matters and build lives that align with their strengths and values.
With a PhD in Psychology from King’s College London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Therapies, Annabel integrates Cognitive Behavioural principles into her coaching work, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. She has a particular interest in ADHD and neurodiversity, guiding clients to better understand their motivation, energy, and focus in both personal and professional contexts.
Annabel started her coaching practice over a decade ago, working with clients to create healthier, more meaningful, fulfilling lives without being overwhelmed by expectations and external pressures. She believes that coaching is as much about the journey as the outcome, helping clients to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity along the way.
She lives in London and enjoys climbing, yoga, and spending time outdoors. A firm believer in ‘walking her talk’, she prioritises time for the things that really matter - people close to her and the activities that bring her joy.
